That one brought back a few memories for me - because I went to the same war cemetery as Percy with my mum's dad, my Grandad Joe - who, as I've mentioned, looks very like Percy. I love that episode - it's very moving. Bill Waddington (Percy)played his part so brilliantly - and his emotions were just the same as Grandad Joe's. Grandad Joe - there's never been a minute when I don't feel proud to be your grandson. Lots of love for always - your proud grandson Scot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2325675586997641933.post-17625146391253532812013-04-08T23:24:48.310+01:002013-04-08T23:24:48.310+01:00Cheers, Ben - I certainly did "get the word&q...Cheers, Ben - I certainly did "get the word" from Mr Kershaw.Drewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02476860681853867684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2325675586997641933.post-44396183662635842772013-04-08T23:23:54.171+01:002013-04-08T23:23:54.171+01:00The alibris link simply led me to Trouble At The R...The alibris link simply led me to Trouble At The Rovers.
